Service as-is

xhost is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Availability, performance, and data durability are best-effort. Do not rely on xhost as the sole storage location for anything you cannot afford to lose.

Access

The operator may revoke access to any account or channel at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to abuse, resource exhaustion, legal request, or violation of these terms.

Your content and channels

You are solely responsible for the content, code, and behavior of the channels you operate on xhost, including compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties. You are responsible for any data you collect from your channel's end-users.

No warranties

The operator disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Billing, plans, and refunds

Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly in advance through a third-party payment provider, which handles payment, invoicing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Prices are in US dollars.

Cancellation. You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. Your apps keep running; downgrading only changes the limits that apply when you create new apps and channels.

Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time. If the operator terminates a paid account without cause, the operator will refund the pro-rated, unused portion of the current billing period. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights you may have, including any applicable right of withdrawal. Refund requests are processed through our payment provider.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
